I first met Madeline & Mike at a restaurant to chat about their wedding day.  I knew within 10 minutes that I wanted to photograph their day.  Not only do Madeline & I have the same taste in wine (make it white and sweet) but we also exchanged adventure stories of our travels.  These two are one of the most low key, drama free people I have met.  So on their wedding day, the day went just as that.

Madeline’s grandparents farm had been worked on for the last year to make this day possible.  The field was mowed, the tent was set up and flowers throughout the property had been planted.  Madeline totally rocked her mid century inspired, tea length gown with Kate Spade wedges.  But the cutest part?  Madeline’s a scientist, so on her garter was a little microscope….yeah, adorable.

As Madeline walked the aisle down to Mike, I think all he was thinking was “wow, wow, wow.”

Congratulations Madeline & Mike!  It has been such a joy getting to know you both and I can’t wait to swap more travel stories in the future!  You two are the sweetest and I wish you a life of so much happiness!
