2018 brought so many amazing couples in front of my camera. I got to tell the story of 17 of those couples as they started a new chapter in their lives. I drove all around Colorado and got to photograph at some of the most gorgeous Colorado wedding venues (and found myself traveling outside of Colorado too!). So as I have done every year, I want to share with you the moments from 2018. Those in between moments. The moments that someone from the outside, just watching, might not catch. The sweet moments, the hilarious moments, the moments that I hope these couples never forget.

So thank you 2018. You were one beautiful year!

 Sometimes you just have to play games as you’re getting ready for your big day!

I’m a sucker for small little babies at weddings 🙂

When you just really need a drink and you pray that it doesn’t spill on your dress… This adorable flower girl just wanted to be close to the bride… First looks with parents and bridesmaids have become one of my favorite parts of the day…I’m not crying, you’re crying 😉  

This little man was ready to walk down that aisle! When the dog decides to pull the ring bearer down the aisle and your dad is the sweetest and attempts to fix your veil. The way he is looking at his daughter…cue the tears. Sometimes that darn unity candle just won’t light. Some of my favorite facial expressions during a ceremony….ever.  

One minute you’re celebrating, the next minute you’re stepping on your wife’s dress…whoops! Sometimes those veils just don’t want to cooperate!

Not only is this the happiest day of their lives because they’re getting married…but also because Kelly gave Cody Gucci sandals! When your bride is up for anything…even hiking her HEAVY dress up over a fence! That time of the day when it’s just time to ditch the shoes! Group shots before the ceremony…that’s one way to calm everyone’s nerves 🙂

There’s always one in every group….haha. This little guy stole the hearts of all these ladies! I’m sure this is how every little girl starts dreaming about her wedding! Yes, they had a mechanical bull at their wedding.  And that is why they are 500x cooler than me 🙂 When you grow up in Pittsburgh, terrible towels make an appearance at your dance party! Probably the sweetest mother/son dance I’ve ever seen!
