Where do I even begin with this one?

Emily & Jack have a dear, dear place in my heart.  And when they asked me to capture their Colorado Estes Park wedding I was stoked/elated/so freaking happy.  I am lucky enough to have snagged Emily to babysit our boys over the last year.  And let’s just say, they love these two.  Emily always is creative in playing with them and Jack teaches them about the moon.  Yeah, they’re cool.  But even more cool…is them together.  They’re sweet, fun and I cannot wait to see how they impact this world together.

I could write a novel about the wedding day these two experienced at Della Terra Mountain Chateau.  But I’ll resist so we an get to the photos 😉 and I’ll give you some of the highlights:

• First Look.  A tear jerker.  Not just for Jack…but I think it was one of the sweetest ones I’ve witnessed.
• More first looks.  We did a first look with Jack & his mom and then Emily & her dad.  Oh. My. Goodness.  Talk about being a ball of emotion!  These parents love their kids like crazy and it’s so evident on wedding days.
• Worried that a first look will ruin that “ceremony” moment.  Nope.  Jack still cried.  And Emily had a long walk to make…which when you’re a bride, don’t you want to soak it up??
• The reception was one giant dance party from beginning to end.  My kind of wedding 🙂

Thank you so much Emily & Jack for letting us capture all these moments.  And even though you’re all the way on the West Coast now….my kids still talk about you 🙂 But go live up this adventure…soak up every moment and enjoy that married life!
